Senior Nurse Manager (Onsite)

We have a new and exciting opportunity for Senior Nurse Manager to be based at our client’s site in Plymouth, you will manage a team of Emergency Treatment Nurses and Practitioners by being an integral part of the team ensuring a smooth running of the service and being hands on when required.

What you'll be doing:

• Take overall responsibility for the effective day to day management of the Emergency Treatment Service.
• Manage the nursing resource and objectives
• Undertake performance reviews with staff
• Co-ordinate, develop and deliver relevant training programmes to staff

What we need:
• A&E Experience
• Previous management experience
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• IT Literate
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Ensure compliance with responsibilities under HP policy and health and safety legislation.
• Prescribing Authority is desirable
